You'll need an IBM compatible personal computer with a Windows based Operating System. Please see system requirements. |

An ISIS Engineer will install the Server and Workstation Licenses in your current enviroment as well as make sure that the system is stable. |

How will ISIS software updates be handled? |

Updates will be sent out on a regular basis to each Licensed computer running ISIS. |

Can Off-Site sales/support staff access the system? |

Yes. ISIS will allow outside users to access the system in a safe and secure manner. Management will have complete control over what level of information employee's can access. |
