ISIS Software Related Services

We have have build a full compliment of support services in relationship to out ISIS 7 software product.  From pre-installation through post-installation, we have the knowhow to make your ISIS integration as seamless as possible.  Our expert staff can assist you in every aspect of the process including preparing for ISIS, getting it installed, and making sure after the fact that you organization is getting the maximum use of the benefits of the software.

2-Day Onsite Scope and Analysis Service

During this optional two-day engagement for new customers, ISIS Consulting Services will evaluate how your business requirements can be met with ISIS 7. Our goal is to identify the best deployment for your organization and how to address IT business demands. Our highly trained and experienced consulting services team will sit down with you and show you all of the value-added features of the software so you can realize the greatest benefits for your organization.  We will cover the basics necessary to maximize the usage of ISIS within your existing environment.  Any data conversion requirements will be identified and mapped out according to ISIS database maps and detailed import procedures will be created.  After the onsite portion of this stage is complete, our Data Conversion team can be engaged to get your data ready for the onsite installation process. (See Below)

We will also provide an assessment of the network and make recommendations relating to the integration of the ISIS product.  Included will be a map that will show the current or "As Is" and future or "To Be" business process flows.  This documentation will be generated from employee interviews and group discussions on how best to use the ISIS 7 product. An implementation schedule including a Gantt chart timeline will be developed as well to insure a smooth transition to incorporating ISIS into your organization.  User security requirements will be set and documented once the needs of the organization are defined.

2-Day Onsite Installation and Consulting Service

Initial installation and consulting services are performed by the ISIS consulting services team to help you get started with using the ISIS 7 product. This process id required for new customers who choose to purchase the ISIS 7 product.  During the two days, a consulting services professional will help install and configure the ISIS 7 platform, perform the initial setup, and briefly educate you on how to administrate the product.  Employees and users will be created and their access rights identified and implemented.  

Any existing Prospect, Customer and Provider information can be imported at this stage as well.  If your organization has decided to perform the 2-Day Onsite Scope and Analysis Service, additional records including contact lists, network providers, cases, submissions, renewals, and their related documentation can be seeded into the initial database before before this step begins.   

2-Day Onsite Software Audit and Issues Review

During this optional two-day engagement for existing customers, ISIS Consulting Services will provide an audit and review any issues with ISIS 7. Our goal is to ensure that you are getting the most out of your investment by leveraging the information ISIS 7 provides to its maximum benefit. In addition, we will interview the primary users of the software to make sure they understand all of the features and capabilities of the software.

If you company sees possibilities for the software above and beyond what is currently included, we will be happy to review this with you as well.  The information we collect may be integrated into future versions of ISIS if it will better benefit the over performance of the software.  This gives your organization direct access in helping to design future versions of the software.

During this period, will will also be able to train or re-train any additional users as you organization sees fit.
