Managing email is easy with the built in conduit that communicates with your Outlook™ Inbox. Emails can be easily imported as well as any attachments. Messages generated using ISIS 7 interface are automatically stored in the related record for easy retrieval and response. Any contact created in the ISIS system as well as your Contacts lists in Outlook™ can be used in Sending and Replying to imported and system generated email.

Many tasks you perform within ISIS 7 will automatically generate emails as well.  These emails are automatically stored within the Datastore for future reference.  You can instantly view, reply or forward them as necessary, always automatically saving a copy in the database. 

Optionally, ISIS 7 automatically generated Tasks and Reminders can also be sent to you Inbox.  This additional functionality can be used to sync to PDAs and other external devices for instant accessibility out side of the ISIS .
