can be a time consuming
process for any
organization that quotes
Group Health Insurance.
You have to determine
coverage specifics,
assemble required
documentation, and many
other steps before you
can send it to the
Underwriter. The RFQ
system combines all of
these steps into a
simple to use interface
that takes you through
the entire process step
by step. We have worked
with several different
MGUs and Carriers to
determine what is the
best way to provide this
information to them.
Using the wizard will
also increase the
accuracy of your
submissions. When you
create a Carrier in the
system you specify their
specific quoting
requirements such as
Sates they write
business, SIC Codes
Requirements, Group
Size, etc. Carriers that
cannot quote the case
due to their
Underwriting Guidelines
are already eliminated
from the RFQ.

can be customized to
suit the specific needs
