Use the menu system at the top of each page to navigate to the different areas of the website.  Buttons with down arrows contain more options for the feature.  You browse the related information on the highlighted feature or one of its sub features by clicking on it with the right mouse button.

If the is an area of the website that isn't functioning correctly, please contact us for assistance.

Downloading Files

When clicking on a file you will be prompted to Open or Save it.

To instantly view the selected file click open. It will be saved to your temp directory so you can view it.

To save a copy of the file for later reference select Save. You will be prompted for a location.

New users:

First time logging in?

New ISIS Support users must complete their profile before they can logon. This profile contains their password, a challenge question, and their e-mail address.  You must have your License Key and password in order to complete this step.  Your maintenance contract for ISIS 7 must be valid as well. 

Password: Each new ISIS Support user must select their own password. This password must be between 6 and 12 characters and cannot contain spaces. This password insures that no one can enter as another user.

Challenge Question: Each new ISIS Support user will specify a challenge question and answer. This question is used to verify a user's identity should they forget their login information.

E-mail Address: Each new user has the option of specifying an e-mail address as part of their user profile. This e-mail address is only used to provide information to users specifically relating to their use of ISIS Support. This e-mail address is strictly confidential and will not be provided to any third parties.
